What a fantastic company, ease of ordering, good communication, fast delivery. Unfortunately one pair of the footwear was the wrong fit for me so phoned for a return note, that was issued as I spoke with the agent, also had another query which was dealt with by customer service. This was my first time ordering from Legend Footwear, and the price of the boots was unusually low, so I went for it. I made an error in the order (incorrect delivery address!) so I emailed them at the weekend to try to correct my mistake. Michelle picked up the email first thing on the Monday, reassuring me that she would sort it out, and she had resolved it by the end of the day. Communication was excellent, and customer service was faultless and had a nice personal touch, both of which are quite rare in online ordering these days! I'll absolutely be using this company again.
