I regret writing this review because I am a prior customer of Legendary USA and my experience was positive in the past. I reached out to customer service today hoping to speak with a staff member regarding my Schott leather jacket which I had ordered on 03-29-2023. According to the website the size and jacket was available for immediate shipping in 1-3 days. Since the jacket was in stock I was hoping to use it for an upcoming ride. When I called customer service an overseas operator told me the jacket was being made and at least 1-2 weeks before being shipped. I was disappointed to say the least especially since it was “In stock” and shipping in 1-3 days. I told the operator I was very disappointed and needed to know accurate information on shipping or I would have to cancel. She said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. I also sent this on a chat with legendary USA to try and expedite what happened with my order and to provide accurate and true details on when to expect my purchase. The response I got back was basically that the manager said your jacket was “weeks” away and I would receive notification on the CANCELLATION of my order. The communication disconnected and a callback to customer service was not answered by the operator. I felt customer service had gone downhill. I get that when you order something out of stock there would be a wait. No problem, however when it is IN STOCK your expectations are you will receive your purchase in a week or so. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. A good company would at least apologize and do their best to make your experience positive and provide accurate and timely response on when to expect your purchase. UPDATE On 04/01 I was contacted by Legendary USA customer service as well as the owner, Chris. Customer service apologized for the delay and explained that inventory updates weekly and unfortunately my jacket would need to be obtained from Schott around July. Owner Chris offered a discount for this inconvenience was very cordial and professional. I adjusted my initial rating based on Legendary USA keeping me informed and providing me with an accurate update on my purchase. I am hopeful this will be another excellent outcome from Legendary USA. Thank you to all at Legendary USA.

YIKES! Buyer beware!

YIKES!! Buyer beware! Short story is they took my money, I waited 5 months & they did not send the item I purchased, then refused to give me a refund per their store policy. Long story-- I ordered a jacket in October 2022 from this company which was on 4-6 weeks backorder. In March 2023 they sent me an email saying they shipped my jacket- 5 months later. I get the package to find it is not the jacket I ordered. I asked for an exchange for my jacket- accidents happen. They said my jacket was not available- which was strange. If they sent the wrong item, mine should be there to exchange. I asked for a shipping label to send the wrong jacket back they said they sent one. I never got it. I asked if they would resend it and they would not. So I had to pay out of pocket to send it back. I asked for a refund for my jacket since it was not there & was told No I could only get store credit or an exchange. I said I did not want store credit I wanted the jacket I paid for. Then I got an email saying they would give me a refund (email stated refund, not store credit) when I returned the wrong jacket, which I did. They did not give me a refund. They instead gave me 517$ in store credit & told me I could use it to repurchase the jacket which is now 680$. I said again that I did not want store credit I wanted a refund or the jacket. No response. So nearly 6 months after I placed my order, not only do I not have my jacket, I lost 517$ plus the 24$ I spent to ship their jacket back for which they did not reimburse me. All because of their mistake! I will not be forced to pay extra for a jacket I already purchased & did not receive. VERY unprofessional. They are 100% in the wrong. The FTC stipulates if they do not ship the customer's item they must give a refund, not store credit. I have yet to get a response. Buy wherever you wish, but I would not recommend this place.

Best product and company

I ordered a vest but it was too small for me. I emailed Legendary USA with my concern and they responded quickly to my concern. The customer service is kind and easy to talk to, so my vest order was also changed well. The vest itself is very high-quality. Thank you so much Legendary USA for the best deal and experience. I will definitely purchase again

All's Well that ends Well! Problem Fixed... Very Happy

I had an initial problem with order delivery on a pair of gloves, but the company's owner got involved and the matter was resolved. From their perspective, as they must deal with package theft and unethical people, it must be frustrating. But when you aren't a thief and don't receive your package, that's frustrating too! Anyway, Legendary USA agreed to ship me another pair and I could not be happier. I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else and when I saw them, they were exactly what I was looking for --quality, color, fit, all exceeded my expectations. Very happy. Definitely recommend this store --good stuff!!
