LegalZoom Tracking Order Status

I have several businesses, including one involving cryptocurrencies. I research online and discover that I need to register my company under a different name from its registered one. I'm looking through Legalzoom's website and see that they have two packages available for a lower price than other third-party businesses. Being old and having problems with modern technology makes it difficult for me to answer the inquiry. I appreciate that LegalZoom has chat representatives. I had a conversation with Noah, the agent. He assisted me in completing the DBA questionnaire and provided prompt, courteous responses to my queries. I've worked for several various companies, from business to telecommunications, and always received poor treatment. However, Noah is so nice, competent, and humorous that I feel as though I'm simply speaking to my younger self. Customer service is an extremely difficult job, and I've been in this role in the past. Although it is quite simple for customers to scream, rage, and accuse, as an agent they feel intimidated, worried, and afraid to not offer a solution. However, if you hire a LegalZoom employee like Noah, every dollar you spend will be worthwhile in addition to the peace of mind that comes from knowing that everything will be filed on your behalf. Future-proof is Noah! Noah needs to be kept by you promptly since he is tenacious, diligent, and unquestionably honest. In addition, I gave him some life advise as an elderly man. He even manifest my business to gain wealth and abundance. He also preached about Mary and God for me. God be with us everyone. I thought it’s the end of my day when I accidentally disconnected our chat. However, he urgently gave me a call back. I also like how he apologizes to me if I hear any background music when he works at home while listening to Taylor Swift songs. Noah is not to blame, as my kid just attended Taylor Swifts concert. Lol. We talked so much that I feel like I'm speaking to a younger version of "Mark" now. In conclusion, we need to respect each other and help each other to be successful in life. I’m so thankful to LegalZoom and to Noah who’s honestly answered my questions and helped me processed it correctly without hesitation. Noah deserves an additional salary as your loyal customer. KUDOS!!!!!!! 😊

I was not able to complete my order via the website. Their form does not accept foreign addresses or contact details. When asked if they provide services to non US citizens the answer was yes but you need to have a US address and phone number as documents cannot be shipped outside the US even via couriers.This kind of defeats the purpose of setting up an LLC In the first place. It is also very odd to me as most legal documents can be sent safely via courier. Also there wasn’t anything on their website stating they don’t provide services to non citizens, which to me seems to be the case. Customer service was prompt via chat however 2 stars for time wasted on their website.

Shawnte was very professional and knowledgeable in what we called for. We are very interested in buying the product and will be in touch with her. Our conversation was nothing short of amazing and I would like to keep in contact with her only as far as receiving help with my business. I have spent months contacting people who could help me with my business and no one was as patient with us as her. She answered all of our questions in a way that we could understand and were sold!
