Lectric eBikes Tracking Order Status

I have been happily impressed and beyond satisfied with my phone conversations, order and delivery of my recent purchases of a trike and a bike from Lectric. An issue with shipping damage to the trike was handled quickly and professionally. Great customer service for products that go "Weeeeeeeee!". Thank you.

I absolutely love the bike, only thing with me was the brakes had a loud squeak and after putting alcohol on the rotor it still had the same squeak!! They sent me new rotors (at no cost) but it didn’t help, so after some trying to figure out what was making that sound I noticed a small grain of sand between the rotors and the pads was imbedded in the pad! The other problem was when I ordered the rear basket, only one hole lined up. The other 3 holes had to be redrilled, I I tried turning the basket 1/4 turn & half turn also 3/4 turn to no avail

Ordered a long range battery for my XP 3.0 bike that I purchased a few months ago. The shipping took about 6 to 7 months for some reason. Charging my new battery for the first time and finally getting to use it for about a 20 mile drive on a flat even surface (except for three bridges) I expected to give me a much better range than I received. As I was winding down my trip I noticed (the last 2 miles) the power charge indicator showed me I had very little charge left indicating only 2 bars of reserve power left of a brand new fully charged long range battery which wasn’t I wasn’t expecting to see after a trip of only 20 miles on that type of pavement without any hills or steep grades to navigate. 2 weeks later took the same trip and experienced the same drawdown in power Wondering if the battery will improve as time allows me to experience longer trips with my xp or worry about being stuck someplace after experiencing battery failure after spending over $500 on a battery

Order process was easy and quick. Once received bikes were easy to assemble and online instructions were clear, concise, and easy to accomplish. We have thoroughly enjoyed the bikes and highly recommend them.

My wife loves her new XP 3.0 e-bike! She is getting used to the many different features it offers on short trips around our place before she gets it out on any trails. It is working great and shows great workmanship. It was the best surprise birthday present I could have gotten for her.
