Le Creuset Tracking Order Status

bonjour .Un véritable avis / J'ai eu un problème de livraison qui n'était pas de la responsabilité de Le Creuset .Christelle a été très à l'écoute et a géré ce désagrément efficacement .Un plaisir d'avoir une interlocutrice et très compétente .Elle a résolu le problème, encore merci .

I contacted customer service to find out about warranty services. I didn't have high hopes - but lo and behold: They wrote back an extremely nice email within 24 hours and immediately replaced the product. Very competent, very accommodating. Overall very satisfied with their products and the service. Great, I'll buy again!

I contacted customer service through email and told them about a part that had broken. They requested photos which I sent so I was expecting a new part but they sent me a full replacement!! I will continue to use their iconic products .

Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. My beautiful round white Le Creuset pot was under one year and had a chip on the side... to me it looked like it had sort of melted off. I wrote to Customer Service about it and they were so helpful. I sent it back to them and they replaced it. I use it as a feature piece in my kitchen so it's a piece I need to look new (I had only used it maybe 6 times) I also have a Le Creuset oval pot from my wedding 18 years ago which is still going strong and is used multiple times per week. I also have other Le Creuset small pots, trivets, etc and I just love them. Amazing products, amazing customer service. I can't fault them and will 100% be buying from them again! Thank you!

I purchased a Le Creuset Dutch oven for my wife in July, but unfortunately, the color did not match the photos online—it just didn’t look as good in person. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with disappointment. They were less than helpful and informed me that if I wanted to exchange it, I’d have to mail it back at my own expense, which would cost between $70 and $100. Looking for a better option, I was told I could return it to the nearest outlet store for a refund. I did that, and the store gave me a receipt for $0, assuring me the refund was pending. Fast forward 20 days, and the refund is still pending, with the store manager blaming a Microsoft issue. They told me to contact customer service, which turned out to be an even bigger headache. The representative kept interrupting me, and eventually said they’d have to get back to me because they were closing—at 3 PM MST! At this point, I have zero confidence in their ability to resolve this issue. The store manager even suggested I dispute the charge with my bank, which I’m now doing. While my wife loves Le Creuset products (we have several), I’d recommend buying through Crate and Barrel or finding them secondhand. Dealing with their customer service has been pretty awful.
