LeapFrog Tracking Order Status

Educational toy for my son, and he loves it! Part of my son's childhood! He loves the colors, the sound and the structures of the toys he had with Leapfrog! Please continue to make more educational toys.

Over the years we've bought many Leapfrog things. They were good. Sadly the latest toy we got was substandard. The fault should have been picked up in quality control during manufacture. We returned it to Leapfrog as per warranty but it went downhill from there. Replacement out of stock and no idea when they will get stock in. Sourcing a similar an alternative valued product from their site is near impossible. Dealing with their customer service team is just draining. No one takes ownership of the issue. Responses feel boilerplated. They only answer the question asked, they don't suggest solutions. And you have to know the question you want to ask. It feels like they hope you give up and go away. This is customer don't care. This is how to lose brand loyality.

Leapfrog is the king of children's entertainment and education - safe, controlled, carefully selected apps, games, videos and pretty much impossible to find anything wrong with content. Our experiences on the site have always been positive, order easily, good products and helpful customer service. The leapfrog tablets connect by wi-fi easily and with no hassle. However, it's expensive. Apps will cost £5-8 each (similar apps on Android tablets would be £0.50 - £1.50). Videos are very expensive (£5 for 3 episodes of Paddington, Bob the Builder or Fireman Sam etc) and overall there is not a huge selection of apps. These are the only downsides, otherwise Leapfrog is 100% to be trusted and admired for their unique content delivery model - top quality content at top prices basically!

Having a son with autism Leapfrog offers interactive products that not only he finds brilliant fun but also have helped him learn and develop an understanding of many areas where he isn't at his developmental age. Also he doesn't feel so babyish as the apps and games are upto date themes, disney, transformers, etc.
