Leaf Filter Tracking Order Status

The initial consultation with the salesman was great. No hard sell but great information. Had some minor challenges with scheduling the installation, but the company worked hard to overcome these issues. Had our first big rain last night, and they appear to be working wonderfully!

Installation was great. However, it seems like our decision to finance the balance of our account with LeafFilter was not communicated to the installer, which caused some confusion. I still have not heard anything from LeafFilter about how we should expect to pay our balance, so that is less than optimal.

The quick response I received...installation was next day. My only complaint was that I tried to get the sales person to understand thatvI was to receive the 15/10% discount but could not find my message I received when I talked to the originator. He would only give me a 15/5% discount...I'm 79 years old but he kept insisting I only qualified for additional 5%. Young man had only been on the job 3 weeks so I let it go...but I do think there needs to be a bit more training.

Three installers showed up as promised on time. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about their product. Nothing left behind when finished. A very good experience and a quality product.

The installer was professional, hard working, knowledgable and did a wonderful job! The look is great! They were able to install gutters and guards in one day. Difficult job as our roof is steep and our back gutters are 2 3/4 stories from the ground and our back yard is decking and steep terrain. Patient and thorough and consulted us with any questions they had to make sure we were happy. Complete clean-up.
