Lead Academy Tracking Order Status

The course tutor was very good

Recently completed the Lv 3 EAT with Lead Academy, and I have to say I would never use them again. The course itself was ok and I completed my assignments quickly. However I then had to wait 4 months for them to be marked (this was after I spent alot of time chasing them asking them for updates, I felt that if I hadn't of chased them then I would still be sat here now waiting). I tried to complain about the length of wait for my work to be marked but heard nothing, thus making me feel like I wasnt a valuable customer to them. To top it off their IQA fell ill and my work was not able to be assessed quickly either. They did act fairly quickly in this respect but was another wait that just added to my frustration. From start to finish the whole process took 9 months when really it should of taken 3-6 at the minimum. **To top it all off - I placed a 3 star review on their website which was I thought was fair for my experience with them, however I received an email recently bribing me to change my review (even after admitting themselves they could of been better) by offering me discounts for courses and also to access other courses for free** Make of this what you will. I wouldn't use these guys again, sorry.
