I had a couple toner cartridges start streaking after some months and the customer service team was very quick to help me try to diagnose the problems and ship out replacements. Toners themselves are very affordable and when you need help, they are right there for you.

I have been using LD Products for years. Except for a little hiccup with HP hating 3rd party ink I have had no issues. I was able to get around the issue with some HP settings and I have had no problems for 3 years.

I had the opportunity to test the 100% guarantee, and… found out it not only is true, but is fast, too! I had an LD toner cartridge that had a seal problem not long after install. I contacted LD about it and they replaced it quickly. I have been using the replacement cartridge for a few days now and it works great!
