LD Mountain Centre Tracking Order Status

I purchased a running vest, the team unfortunately sent the wrong size. After calling and explaining, they then sent the correct size which arrived the next day (and collected the wrong one - free of charge!) Really good service, although a slight hiccup, I appreciated the care. It was Peter I spoke with, thank you.

Great Service, competitive prices, purchased a few jackets clothing from the Newcastle Store and online over the years. Always had great service excellent customer service friendly and helpful. 💯 recommended.

The LD Mountain Centre website were advertising a pair of Hanwag Tatra 2 GTX hiking boots for £147.44 plus p&p. I completed all the required online purchase details but when placing the order the price suddenly changed to £211.99 plus p&p. I contacted the store who agreed that it "does appear to be strange and we are unsure why this is the case ... unfortunately, we are unable to change this as all pricing is set through our systems". They did offer free postage (£4.99) but that is little comfort when for no apparent reason the price between basket and checkout has inexplicably increased by £64.55. In summary a poor level of customer service and one frustrated shopper!

No worries here...bought 3 pairs of Scarpa boots & Leki walking poles at amazing prices. Great service all round I'd say.
