I am 72. We are downsizing homes to a much smaller home and it is a lot of work, especially after 33 years of hoarding and saving. I have bad arthritis in left knee, right hip, back and right shoulder. So moving is even more of a challenge. But without 100% certainty, I do believe the H2 solution has given me more ability and energy to work through my issues. So I am very happy. We will do a more scientific comparison after my move. I am also taking the Active PK and the Telegenis stuff.

I had an avearge experience with lcrhealth.com. The process was uneventful and unexciting. Nothing really stood out. It was very mundane and mundanely executed. There weren't any particualrly great or poor elements to the process. Everyhting went smoothly, but nothing was particularly remarakable. Even the customer service was middle-of-the-road. So far so good... I've been taking Active PK for nearly 1 month. I've lost 3 pounds without changing anything in my lifestyle. In my opinion that is a win. I've begun taking the 2 pills with more water. So I anticipate greater weight loss.
