LazyOne Tracking Order Status

We ordered 3 onesies from the online store. For our taste, they were too thin, the feeling of the material is rough & we thought they should get soft & comfy after washing them a bunch...But we noticed the pattern also looks printed / painted on, when I sat down & the material stretched, it looks like crappy quality! We are returning ours & will look for better onesies for the family asap. Not worth the price in our opinion

An update - to be fair. I emailed the contact email on Lazy One's website, along with the long history of my communication. Immediately, Renee ("Website Order Consultant") e-mailed an apology and promised complimentary replacements, as well as 20% off my next order. I was very surprised - pleasantly so. Maybe others waiting for issues to be resolved can take heart.

Notice that most of the positive reviews are older and recent reviews are much more negative. New suppliers? new management? I bought 17 items from Lazy One for grandchildren's 2021 Christmas. The quality (fabric, workmanship) was great for most and I loved the unique designs. One was clearly of inferior, thinner fabric and the labels indicated it was made in India. Lazy One's customer service was quick to reply initially but when I eventually returned the item, I heard nothing back at all and was just out that money. A second item wore through the knees after 7 wears and a third item which was a red plaid pj bottom bled colour into the washing machine the first time it was washed. Previously I didn't mind paying higher prices for consistently high quality, unique pajamas, but sadly Lazy One has changed. I would not recommend ordering from them

I did not receive my package when it said it was delivered but I informed LazyOne and they sent a replacement, no charge and received it within 1 day! just in time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am giving 3 stars for lack of size inclusivity. I would have given less stars except that I love these pajama pants so much. They are my favorite. They couldn't be better and I am a serious tough customer. But I'm appalled at their lack of size inclusivity. Usually this alone would get a 1 star from me. So please Lazy One, do better. It's 2021 we need to stop pretending people don't come in ALL SIZES!
