Laybrook Tracking Order Status

Ordered a specialty mattress that is both hard and which can accommodate an adjustable bed frame. Was able to tweak the requirements in a phone call so that it was slightly shortened to my particular bed. Kept fully informed of the progress in making the mattress. Once ready delivery was quick and to my room of choice. Excellent service all around.

Just had our second bed delivered and received excellent customer service. Delivery drivers were very helpfull..Was advised delivery would be around 9am..I saw a van pull into our car park at 7am. and on investigation ,it was the Laybrook van. They were prepared to wait in till 9am. But i said no ..come on in... They were pleased as they had a busy day ahead....Well done Laybrook..

After visiting Laybrook Showroom in Bicester I was assured I would get the bed I ordered. Sadly, I received incorrect mattress and height was too low for me to use. I had to book into a room for night time at my cost to enable a comfortable sleep. I asked for a replacement mattress with a softer more comfortable feel, and had to wait another 4 weeks for this. this arrived yesterday, sadly I had a really bad night again. Today I have had to order a new mattress topper which I am not happy about, please be wary of Laybrook trying to sell you a firm or med basic mattress. Not happy with customer service at all.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent products. Efficient delivery and return process. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The team are great and will provide all the support and information required. The bed was custom made very quickly and we had to tell them to delay till the end of March which they happily did.
