Lavender Hotels Tracking Order Status

I recently stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time. Friendly staff, nice settings, room clean - decor is slowly being improved but great value for money. Always my go to place when staying on business as the rooms and corridors are so quiet when sleeping.

Had a lovely stay at this nice hotel. On arrival the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was good with all the facilities you'd expect from a decent hotel. The spa was lovely and I spent a few hours enjoying the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The spa was kept very clean and tidy and the changing rooms had lovely showers with shower gel and all the facilities - individual changing rooms, free lockers with coat hangers for clothes, hairdryers, costume spin dryer, cotton wool, dressing table seats and mirrors. We had a member of staff take care of all the party details - including decorating the room, overseeing the hot and cold buffet tables (very tasty buffet food), checking everyone was ok and even organised the birthday candles and sparklers on the cake. It was a great atmosphere and we were able to stay up chatting with family at the main hotel bar after the disco finished. Overall a really good experience and I would recommend it as both a venue for events and/or overnight accommodation.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a function. The hotel is nicely laid out and is well set back from the road with sweeping countryside views in all directions. The grounds have a real countryside feel and are very calming and peaceful. The staff were well mannered and very attentive and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, we had a double and although it wasn't the largest room it had all the things we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy and the shower was good which is always nice. We used the swimming pool facilities while we were there and these were excellent with 2 large Jacuzzi, Steam rooms and Sauna. The hotel also served food at our function and it was 1st rate. All in all a great experience

Lovely countryside views. Quite and peaceful. Didn't realise the hotel had a separate building for family rooms, a short walk away across the main car park. Pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. One double, one single and leather sofa bed. Large TV. Complimentary tea and coffee facility. Lovely garden. Hub for weddings. Horses grazing next door. Clean and tidy. Reception staff were a mix of friendly and not so friendly individuals. It would have been nice to have stayed in the main building as that was the country house I booked. Nonetheless, a love stay and would go back again May 2017
