Lavender Hill Tracking Order Status

I have a shoddy product from this company. They have point blank refused to accept that there can be anything wrong with it. After some discussion they said I could send it back at my expense and they will make their own inspection. That seemed to me totally weighted in their favour. I have offered photos which would clearly demonstrate the problem and also offered a resolution where they agree to donate the price of the jumper to a charity of my choice. However this compromise was proposed on 14th March and they have not given an answer. So having had a disappointing experience with a not inexpensive item bought from this company, I am now experiencing a very cavalier and unreasonable customer service response.

I complained about a roll neck jumper which had quickly become very loose in the neck. At first they completely ignored my email and only when I chased them up did they respond by saying no one else had complained. When I persisted they said no-one else had complained and the website showed how it was supposed to be worn. This latter comment was very strange considering the photos show a roll neck that fits snugly to the neck. Both their product and customer service is very disappointing. I had also responded to their request for feedback which they did not post - all their printed reviews are 5 star! They stated they have a right to moderate feedback content and implied my feedback had not been genuine. All in all a company to be avoided until their customer service improves.
