La Senza Canada Tracking Order Status

I love this brand La Senza, I'm also an active member back home in Jakarta, and their membership is worth it! But I can't find their store here in Lisbon; thankfully, shopping online is so easy. They have a good system, I don't mind automatic email as long as the update is precise and the delivery is as promised.

I am resubmitting a new review as my previous review stated that La Senza did not pay a refund on goods undelivered. However, they have now dealt with the issue and I have received my refund (8 months later). Thank you Jesse at La Senza for sorting it out. I hope you resolve your customer service issues, as I would really like to buy your stuff, but just a bit weary now.

I was afraid after I read reviews after placing my order. So I asked them to cancel the order..They have refused to cancel it saying right after order is placed the shipping process starts. I am waiting to hear now when they will ship the order. I will have see if I get my order and when it happens. So far the order has not been shipped after two days of placing it. So they are not that quick in shipping as they say.

Store associate: Was extremely helpful Went out of her way to help me with just the right bras I should be wearing and absolutely just sweet . Job well well done .

I've shopped at la senza since they had shops in UK and since early this year, they have had technical issues with ordering from the UK. I have sent emails, spoken with customer service on the little chat thing and message them on Instagram. Still there is issues with ordering from the UK. I have a loyalty card with them and it was pointless as it runs our next month and I've barely used it since the issue is still there...
