Larizia Tracking Order Status

Excellent product choice plus speedy delivery

I bought a pair of Victoria Beckham Sky boots and returned them because they were too small. I fronted $216 for the return bill through DHL. They received the boots Oct. 11th. It took them until Oct. 30th to process the return.

When I ordered the bag, the terms were indicated "Tax and duties included" for the region "rest of Europe". Nevertheless I had to pay to DHL more than CHF 70 for taxes and duties. I never received an answer from Larizia in this matter. Now they changed their terms: International orders are exclusiv of taxes. I think this is not honest and I will not order again from Larizia

Lovely item but they put wrong address on the package. Thankfully I was at home to catch the delivery guy at my neighbours trying to deliver my parcel. Not happy with their service Edited after their response here : I contacted their customer service via email regarding the issue with the label . It's been weeks now and they haven't even bothered to respond. I will definitely not order from them again. Very ignorant company
