Laptopsdirect Tracking Order Status

As a previous customer my wife bought a new Samsung tablet. Delivery was good, after opening the package we noticed the seal was broken on one side so we decided not to open it. The seal states if broken do not accept. We took pictures and notified them on the day. We were offered £10 off or a £20 voucher which we declined as the seal was broken and we asked for a replacement tablet. Couple of days later we were advised item needs to be collected and once received they would send a replacement. So at this stage they would have the money and the goods. We returned the item and asked for a full refund to which we were told it was going to be 3-5days for DPD to return the item to them, then further 3-5 days for them to book it in and check the item. Then they would contact. If they were confident it was a new unused item then they would not need to check it! It's 14th November, let's see what happens.

Purchasing was easy, delivery was the next day. It's heading downhill right now though. It came without the PSU. I was asked to purchase my own for it... err no. Then asked to provide them with the part number... they dont know their own parts? It doesnt even have it with the device. It's now with the warehouse... I do not feel reassured...

Paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. ASked for refund and no reply.

Honestly these guys were great - used the instant messenger online to find a laptop in my budget for my use, and was delivered in the morning the day after. Followed up with a call to make sure all was ok. Couldnt fault the service - stands out. Cheers
