I had a backpack the 3-day version 2 LAPG backpack that was missing a piece on it and I emailed and let them know that it was missing and they told me they would ship another one out and they did. I got it I was very happy. The pack is also best pack I've ever owned so far and I will probably continue to buy LAPG gear from this day forward

Received the order, item did not fit, went to your website to attempt to send item back, your webpage said order number did not exist. Had to contact customer service in order to return item.

Always a great experience with LAPG. I have always had to be patient with the shipping because of the circuitous route the package has to take to reach me.
