Great website, great offering. I have ordered online twice from them now. Comunications are sparce limiting to the one email acknowledging the order with order number for online purchases. After that you get an email from Royal Mail, once they have the parcel at their depot 3 to 4 days later. First order arrived a little later than expected but all in order. The second order just 1 month later, entered and paid for 8.8.23 was received 14.8.23, a different story. 1 of the 2 items was not inside the box. I emailed them and called them as well to check it was all received, in the hope to hear it would be resolved quickly as I have run out of K2 vitamin. There was not 1 single attempt of an apology or to reassure me, rather like, get off the phone . Credit card already been charged but it transpires is not one of their concerns at all. He added that they do not respond to emails, and if you attempt to call them or email them with any problem, your case is by default, so he said, put back into the queue !! As a customer and a customer care professional, I could not believe my ears. The gentleman was not helpful and clearly just interested in ending the conversation asap without giving much away, or even offering the tiniest hint of what was going to happen, of an apology for the matter, until for the second time today, I asked what was the next step, to which he said they need to follow an internal investigation. No other explanation or a hint of a timeline and showing no concern. With nothing wrong from my side, I never felt so dismissed, so I asked what was their internal procedure and what to expect. His comunication was obviuosly short and disgruntled that I called them; I really hope he will keep to his promise and resolve it within the next 24hrs; as I have already paid for it, it is in my right to hear when I am going to recieve my missing item, which by the way is an integral part of my daily intake for my bone health unfortunately not offered under the NHS prescriptions. It is a real shame, such great offering and such poor appreciation of the value of your customers, which is so important especially when dealings when things go wrong.
