Lands' End UK Tracking Order Status

Quick response to order and parcel delivery prompt . Good quality and prices when on offer . My only reservation is that sizing is not always consistent.

Love the quality of the garments,fabrics are beautiful and the styling suits me. My only problem is that I find it a bit confusing when it shows both uk and Usa sizes.

Lovely polo shirts. Great quality and price, (in the sale) also very speedy delivery. I love everything that I have had from Lands End. I particularly recommend the tugless swimsuits.

Ordering by phone is easy and I usually use this method. I kept one of the two items I ordered which I am happy with. I do think that Lands end is lagging behind other companies when it comes to packaging. 3 plastic bags in my order! It really makes me hesitate to use Lands End, even though I’ve been a customer for years. Please do something about the packaging you use.

I have ordered several items from Lands End. Received good quality goods and service. White jeans I ordered recently did not look as good on me as I hoped, but it was easy to return them for a refund.
