Land of Beds Tracking Order Status

Charlotte has been my advisor at Land of Beds. She took time and consideration to resolve my concerns using all her generosity of time, initiative and superb problem solving skills to find ways of illustrating the issues around the depth of mattress for an adjustable bed. If I owned Land of Beds, I’d be very proud to have her on board.

We traveled for two hours today to get to Land of Beds and it was well worth it! Julie, who looked after us, was a delight she is both knowledgeable and helpful, listening to what we required and helping in any way possible. She moved mattresses onto different bases and gave unbiased advice when needed. Our whole experience of this company has been a good one from the initial phone call re “ could they get abed I’d slept on in a Virgin hotel” right through to ordering. How often can we say this. They are a small family run business and it showed they care.

The things that made this experience especially good, were Julie's patience and guidance. There were several optional purchases worth considering and Julie led us through them in an understanding and kind way. Our visit was a pleasure from every standpoint. And the purchase we made, ticked all our boxes.

Went into Wigan branch yesterday afternoon, purely for research and to test mattresses. Met a lovely, friendly, approachable lady called Irene. I went to her, she didn't badger me, as other retailers usually do. She gave me valuable advice, answered every question I asked satisfactorily, and didn't pressurise or put me under any obligation. After browsing for half an hour or so, I found the RELYON ALTO mattress, high end, luxury product, at a ridiculously low price, which I queried. I told Irene I had decided to buy it, in king-size. She then told me that she would knock another £30 off the price, and throw in two free pillows! I snapped her hand off! Also, she showed me a beautiful Harrison Spinks box pillow, extremely comfortable, so I bought two of those as well, and she knocked another 40 quid off! I really couldn't believe it, fantastic value. I then dealt with Darren over the purchase details, again, what a friendly, approachable and easy to deal with bloke. 100% satisfied with the service, delighted with the great deal. How unusual and refreshing it was to not have to suffer the usual can't be bothered attitude of other retailers, or the hassling and badgering of over-eager sales assistants chasing commission. This is one of the best experiences I ever had, making a larger purchase. I cannot recommend this store and these people highly enough. I will definitely return when I need to, and tell everyone I know how professional, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly they are. Looking forward to getting my fantastic bargain luxury new RELYON mattress soon. Thank you both, for your help, advice and friendly demeanour. I am so glad I came to you, and not some don't care company, or just did the lazy thing and ordered online..... not always the best policy. Personal service is priceless. No way could I have found a better deal anyway, having seen five or six websites, and prices of comparable products. Great company, great people. Happy customer. :-)
