Lakeland Tracking Order Status

Lakeland is a fantastic place to shop. Great product and you know that if there is a problem that customer services will help you out. Its an up to date sales experience with traditional values, which is hard to find in today's climate. If you have not shopped here before then give it a go.

Joined up to Lakeland just recently. Placed first order online. Ordered two fry pans of different sizes. The larger arrived damaged with a large dent. Call to arrange replacement. Great service, helped set up return delivery label and date. Also, set up delivery of replacement pan. Return picked up on time. New pan arrived, but was the wrong size. Called again. Great service setting up return and new delivery. The pans are terrific so far. Gave 3 ⭐️ because pan with the dent should never have been packed. Box didn’t have a scratch on it so it wasn’t dented during delivery. Mistakes on proper order sent out and the inconvenience of having to be home for returns pick ups. Not a great first time experience.

I expriences prompt responses rom Lakeland about a product I was interested in, which I subsequently bought,(cordless vacum cleaner) very satisfied with the product and the service provided. That is all YOU need to know.

The best shop to visit! I cannot fault anything - parking easy, store spacious and attractively laid out, information easy to see, great range of merchandise, staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My only problem was curbing my desire to spend a fortune!

The staff at Lakeland are always helpful. The quality of products sold is high and if there are any problems they get sorted immediately, unlike many other companies you deal with at the moment!
