Shipping is Horribly slow. Takes more than 5-9 days more like 3 weeks. Will never order from them again. This is Terrible company!!! It doesn’t take anything almost a month to arrive especially a hat!! All they refunded me is my shipping fee never got the hat or a full refund. They offered no solutions… basically they just took my money. I do not recommend them. Scammers!!!

Horrendous customer service. Not at all customer oriented or helpful. Takes more than a week to resolve an issue. Cannot recommend this company and this will be my last purchase. Sad, as i really like the products, but this makes them lose customers.

Lack of color customer service is excellent. I made a mistake with my order and promptly contacted them. While there was no way to modify the current order, they provided me with an option that helped me resolve the issue. In addition, once the items shipped, it arrived quickly. Everything was boxed and well protected through the shipping process.

Just trying to get a hat that fits and I hope we can forget about this brand as of a nightmare. Completely ruined bday present with terrible customer support, constant fees and hey, the hat would not even come with a dust bag or something. It comes with a paper box that is suggested as a place to store your hat (what??..) Customer support will say something between: “pay us again” and “you are wrong no matter what, your problem is not my problem”. You pay all fees, even when you try to exchange something. They will ask you to add one more payment as if this company doesn’t earn enough to spend $10 on shipping to make sure the customer will receive a piece that that he/she will actually be happy with. I am glad that they did not send me the bill for the 3 rude emails I got from them, but at this point would not be surprised…

I ordered a beautiful expensive hat from this company. However, when I wore the hat in the heat of the summer the brim lost its shape and would flop down around my face. Customer service from Lack of Color was terrible. I explained the situation and sent pictures. I wanted to exchange for a different style. CS said they couldn’t help me because I wore the hat and I may have done something to cause the problem. They weren’t concerned at all about the quality of their product.
