La-Z-Boy Tracking Order Status

Listening to their "comfort care" elevator music for the 4th time while I write this. I've furnished 3 entire houses with La Z Boy furnishings. I LIKE the quality for the most part. Until latest full sectional that had an obvious defect. Took three months of phone tag until they finally had someone come out to "fix it. Repair guy was rude, left staples and wood all over my carpet, and walked out the door leaving all of the old parts and pieces behind. I find now that the section is NOT fixed...exact same, but worse. All I want is credit for this one piece of the sectional as I already rearranged the room and bought another piece in the now 6 months i've been dealing with this. They REFUSE to give me a STORE CREDIT and will ONLY REPLACE the piece. Talk about a company doing their VERY BEST to frustrate and disappoint customers...they win the prize! NEVER, EVER will I buy another La Z Boy ANYTHING! Still on hold btw.

Zac was the contact that I connected with when I walked into the local La-z-boy in Pickerington, Ohio. I was taken back with surprise by his friendly demeanor, and his willingness to help. This was the case with all the people working at the store. Zac took the lead in talking me through the issues I had with what was an 8 year old sofa. With his help, I was able to take care of my issues and get my sofa that looks like new, taken care of. I still get complements about how nice it looks and feels. It is a first class product.

Anyes was an excellent service professional when we visited the store in Coquitlam. She helped us navigate color, style and price. We finally chose the best chairs for comfort and style and then she was clear about all the fine print and delivery procedure. We ordered a custom LOVE SEAT recliner. Was told we would receive it in 4 to 6 weeks. We ordered in early October hoping to have by Christmas. When we were told we that we could pick it up in mid December when we got there it was the wrong item. Laughingly they said oh so sorry we added the wrong number. We will put a rush order on it. Well 2 months plus later we call and ask what is the problem. We were told it had been sitting in their warehouse. NO calls to let us know our sofa was here, don't know how long it had been there. I highly recommend skip lazy boy. Their lack of customer communication and service was horrible.

Our salesperson was so very nice….. after that it’s been a train wreck! The warranty we purchased seems to be confusing all who work there. All the effort and info gathering has been on our side. NO ONE calls you back when they say they will- they actually dont call back at all! Including the “managers” the “assistant manager” the warranty co etc. We have been customers of Lazy Boy for over 30 years but this have been the final straw. This has been going on for 4 months now! We are done.
