Kurt Geiger US Tracking Order Status

Not even a year ago I bought a very comfy loafers by Kurt Geiger. Wore them only indoors at the office work. To my disappointment Yesterday I noticed the big deep cracks on both soles of my lofers. Contacted a brand customer service yesterday. And was told nothing could be done . Any way, a quality leave much to be desired!

This is for the KG Store at The Trafford Centre, Manchester.. I ordered a bag online and had problems. It was replaced online but I still had problems. I rang the Trafford Centre which used to be my local branch until I moved house. I was initially dealt with by Vicky, the RSM. Then when I still had problems with the same item, I spoke to Danielle, the Store Manager. Both these ladies were excellent handling my query. Zoe finally attended to me as the other two people were not in store. She sorted my issues out with DOD, attended to my problem and even What’s Apped alternatives for me to look at. She went over and above with Customer Service. A credit to KG. I would definitely shop and recommend Kurt Geiger and especially the Staff mentioned at this Branch.
