El dia 11 de mayo realice un pedido en la página oficial de Kurt Geiger México una de modelo Bolsos Mini Kurt Geiger Mini Kensington Mujer Multicolor | Mexico-57643189 Y otra Bolsos Mini Kurt Geiger Mini Kensington Mujer Negros | Mexico-97502689 Me llegó un correo de confirmación de la compra a mi correo y se hizo un cargo a mi cuenta bancaria por $2827.63 MXN ya ha pasado más de una semana y no me ha llegado la guía de rastreo de mi pedido ni el status de mi compra Quisiera saber si si se realizó mi orden o de lo contrario me regresen mi dinero.

I ordered a pair of the lock bubble trainers. They arrived, and looked really good, until I noticed that one of the Padlocks on the back of the trainers had come off. I contacted customer service as I thought I should be able to buy a replacement. Unfortunately you can't. I have had the trainers under 2 months. Not a happy customer

Ordered some fabulous women's moccasins after they suddenly became available in size 9. (I'm size 8 but have wide feet so the size up was perfect). As always with KG, it was a positive experience. I am now the proud owner of some metallic, rainbow flats and I love them! I'm dropping one star because of the stress (and I really do mean stress) of trying to tie a moccasins bow. Good grief it was hard work! After about 15 YouTube videos & two hours of cursing, I did it but nowhere near as good as the bow on the other shoe which hadn't come untied during transit. Please KG - pop a little card step by step tutorial on how to tie a moccasins bow. It would really help..... really.
