I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a truly magical journey with Kuoni Holidays, and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, my trip to the Caribbean was nothing short of exceptional. I spoke to a few agents but it was Michelle B, that found our perfect package holiday. First and foremost, the accommodation they arranged for our honeymoon at a 5-star hotel exceeded all expectations. The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with an ambience of luxury and comfort. Every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the breathtaking views, contributed to an unforgettable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. Kuoni's dedication to providing outstanding service was evident throughout my entire trip. From the moment I made my initial enquiry, their knowledgeable and friendly team guided me through the booking process with ease (even though I wasn't the easiest customer). They took the time to understand my preferences and tailored the experience to perfection. Their expertise in curating personalised itineraries truly shone through. During my stay, the team remained in constant contact, ensuring my trip was going smoothly and addressing any concerns promptly. The booking process was smooth and easy. The hotel we were recommended by the agent was fantastic and we couldn’t have picked anywhere better. We did have a hiccup with our transfer and communication following it, but since we have got back home, Kuoni have rectified the issue and spent time to investigate. Very good customer service even after our holiday.
