KUHL Tracking Order Status

Just got my amazingly fast order today, so happy!! & to top it of they sent me a huge GERMAN CHOCOLATE BAR 🍫. Kuhl is amazing

Great company to deal with. I had 3 Renegade shorts with stitching coming loose that were bought in 2019. I sent pictures and filled out their form and sent in. The next day they sent me a UPS return label and a form to fill out and shipped the shorts back to them. They made the repairs and had them back to me in less than 3 weeks.

Absolute bunk of a company. Had defective clothing and filed warranty return/replacement. Over a month and still nothing. I had to ship back to KUHL at MY COST on top of it all. So now, I'm out the clothing, the shipping and the replacement! Ridiculous. **UPDATE 11-13-22 After continual email and phone contact, I was finally shipped a replacement. Changed rating from 1 star to 2 stars since I did eventually get a replacement article of clothing, but still sub par customer service.

KUHL Konfidant Air Pant. Best material, great fit, no shinkage when washed, colour fastness is much better than some other KUHL pants. Best Pant for spring, autumn and in particular summer or hot climates. Generous fit seems slightly better than the cotton products and plenty of room around crutch without a saggy bottom. Great for work or leisurewear.

Colors are always noticeably different (night and day) than they are represented on their website. Its been this way for too long and happened with too many different orders to be unintentional. They will try to blame your monitor, or your lighting, but go ahead and view their site on two or three different devices and you'll see the color is the same. Then look at what they send you and how blatantly "off" it is. Its intentional, deceitful misrepresentation of the product they're trying to sell you. Most of their pants fit weird. Revolvr is horrible and the material too thin. Their Rydr pants fade horribly (marbling, white spots, streaks) and are stiff as cardboard. They'll tell you they soften after repeated washings, but I've been beating mine up for a month now with over a dozen washes and they're just as stiff as the day I got them. They try to say the fading is intentional, but when you see these things fade the way they do you won't believe them any more than I do. They also have a horrible fit. I hate them. They will post your negative review on their site, but they editorialize it first, which is dishonest, and then respond to it with lies. They will also bury it in a sea of fake 5 star reviews. I probably own half a dozen Kuhl pants. But I won't buy a single thing from them ever again. They're not worth it and I'm tired of being ripped off.
