K-Swiss Tracking Order Status

Bought 4 pairs of K-Swiss online from their website. Went to return 3 of them (too small and narrow), and I found out that they don't accept returns on 'sale' items! Never saw anything about that when making my purchase. Shoes may be OK, but I would never buy from them directly online again. Now I have shoes that were not cheap and don't fit me.

After ordering trainers from k swiss then reading the reviews, I was very skeptical about my order. Although delivery slightly longer then stated and the delivery updates in French, after an email with my queries which was responded to quickly, delivery updates were sorted and I received my delivery the same day. Happy with item also.

J'utilise le site Kswiss europe puis france depuis 4 ans, jamais eu besoin du service client, livraison rapide, produit conforme et utilisé quotidiennement pour mes baskets noires, de manière hebdomadaire blanches et autres modèles plus design et usure moindre que chez d'autres marques que j'ai littéralement abandonné pour leurs marges délirantes sur des produits de consommation courant.

Hello, this Wade in Enid, Oklahoma and I am a 44-year-old man. And, I must say that you have a very satisfied customer and first-time consumer of your shoe brand! I wear a size 11&1/2 to a size 12 in men's shoes and they are quite comfortable! I think I've had my current pair for about 6 months and they have held up quite well! But, I could go on and on, but I will spare you that particular "torture"! 😆 Anyway, all of you keep up the good work! Thanks for reading my thoughts and opinions. Fin.
