Krüger Dirndl DE Tracking Order Status

I have order two products in the same say, one from Dirndl.com and another from Krueger-Dirndl.de. Krueger-Dirndl.de has delivered the package firstly. The problem is that they collaborate with a delivery company that didn't leave the package at the closest pick up point, but at one farther. Plus, the box was already opened. And the company threatened me that if I didn't pick it up as soon as possible, they'll return it at my expense (!!). I give them 3 stars because, at least, the product seems to be good quality and they always kept me updated about the delivery. Dirndl.com delivered the package lately. Actually they never updated me. They once sent me a link to track my order and that's it. Therefore, some days later, when I realised there were no new changes regarding my order on the provided link, I wrote them and they advised me to go to the closest post office to ask for my package. I did that and I was informed by the post officer that the package was already delivered at the closest pick up point (which is just in the same building in which I live). In other words, their collaborator is even worse. What would have happened if I didn't think to ask about my order and just trust them? Oh, and take into account that the delivery cost me 19,99€! So I give them 2 stars because at least the quality of the product seems to be good, but very bad communication.

From Denmark here. I was a bit worried after reading these bad comments in here. I ordered two x dirndl and 2 x blouses. Sadly the dresses were to big for me (I kept the blouses), so I had to send them back. Of course the return takes a bit longer (I returned with GLS), but aside from that, I got an e-mail as soon as they had received them, and the money were back i my account with in 10 days. I also called their costumer service one time to check up on the return. They answered right away, were so kind and spoke better english than myself. So thumbs up from me. I will not hesitate to order from this site again. Thanks

Wir waren heute im Krüger Shop in Wernau und wurden rundum super beraten und von Frau Weinmann betreut. Wir haben uns einen Termin geholt, so wie es auf der Seite empfohlen wird. Daher kann ich schlechte Bewertungen aufgrund von zu wenig Zeit einfach nicht verstehen, gerade nicht, wenn man komplette Hochzeitsoutfits benötigt. Sowohl wir als auch andere Kunden ohne Termin wurden aber dennoch sofort freundlich beraten. Hat sich also super gelohnt, immer wieder!

Die Ware war gut. Die Zahlungen werden über UNZER abgewickelt!!! Die erste Zahlungserinnerung mit Fristdatum kam. Am selben Tag!!!!!!! der Frist auch schon die Mahnung!!!!! Mahngebühren 12 €. Rechtlich nicht zulässig. Nachfragen wie sich die Gebühren zusammen setzen werden nicht beantwortet. 12 € Mahngebühren sind unseriös! Zur Vervollständigung: mit rechtlich fundierten E-Mails wurde mir von UNZER die Mahngebühr erlassen. Eine Antwort kam allerdings nie, wie sie diesen Betrag gerechtfertigen. Genauso sieht sich Krüger nicht verantwortlich für die Mahngebühren von UNZER, obwohl sie in ihrem Auftrag arbeiten!!!!. Auch hier gab es zahlreiche E-Mails, dass ich die Bewertung korrigieren sollte. Eine Antwort auf die unzulässigen 12 Euro die rechtswidrig sind, steht hier genauso aus.
