I made a account a couple years ago. Never actually went through with a purchase though. However I did redeem some points. I had a option to redeem 300 points for the anniversary of my account. But it just loaded indefinitely. I contacted customer support. In which I got the most unexplainable short response. "Your points will be automatically added to your account when you reach your anniversary" *closes inquiry * I was like what...? Wait. My account is already 2 years, meaning my account had had 2 anniversaries already. How many anniversaries do I need to qualify?? Is the third? 4? 5th?. I was not given the chance to ask any of this. They automatically closed the discussion to avoid any conversation. And not on the 1st year, nor second year of my account. have I been offered anniversary points until now. So That's it?? No date on when that is?? Just basically "reach your anniversary first, then you'll get it." like response . Then immediately end/close the conversation. Usually good customer service normally follows with "Is there any other questions or concerns you might have with us today?" But they ended it point to Blanche with no clarity. Or chances to ask questions. Then ironically immediately asked to rate my customer service experience. It just left me more baffled. that is one of the most non helpful, point blank, end of discussion customer service I've ever seen. If there was a misunderstanding in my interpretation or something. I would have loved to just have that addressed and clarified politely. Since there was no information on my account about when. Just "click to earn" button. Not gonna lie.. This has kinda scared me from actually attempting to buy anything. Since I actually was planning on ordering something. And trying them for the first time. But if customer service is like that, I think I might just close my account and not risk anything. Stick with cheap Walmart candles. Cause if I get one, and something goes wrong, and say. My candle breaks in transit. Customer service might be something like "Once the item is in possession of ups. It's not our problem anymore." *closes inquire* I don't wanna risk it... I'm sorry if I was incovience of time to kringle

Ich habe inzwischen mehrere Duftkerze von "Kringle Candle" bei "Notino" gekauft Die letzten beiden Bestellungen jeweils am 13. und 19.12.23. Ich habe mehrere Duftkerze dieser Marke gekauft, in der Hoffnung, dass der Firmengründer (Sohn des ursprünglichen "Yankee Candle" Gründer) die Firma gründete um an alte Zeiten - sprich; um wieder die gewohnt geniale Qualität, die wir an "Yankee" so liebten anbieten zu können... Jeder der "Yankee Candle" wie ich schon vor +/- 20 Jahren kannte, weiss was ich meine. Ich weiss nicht an was es liegen mag, aber ich habe auch bei "Kringle Candle" leider eine Enttäuschung erleben müssen. Meine Hoffnung wurde nicht erfüllt, denn die "Kringle Candle" sind leider nicht besser (aber auch nicht schlechter) als die "Yankee Candle", die es heute zu kaufen gibt (ich meine das Original, nicht das fake). Ich empfinde es enorm schade und würde auch durchaus mehr bezahlen, wäre die Qualität wieder so wie es bei "Yankee" vor ca. 20Jahren war. Kann sich jemand noch an die "Bluebeery" von dazumal erinnern? Dann wisst ihr bestimmt was ich meine.Ich hoffe deshalb sehr, dass die Gründer-Familie wieder Anschluss an ihre ursprüngliche Philosophie findet...

I placed my first order with Kringle Candle. I had to contact customer service about an issue and they were very helpful and accomodating. Candles arrived in great condition and they were everything they were advertised to be and more. Definitely will be shopping with them again.

I've ordered about 6 times but will no more. About half the time there are issues, but you have to contact them at least 3 times before they finally respond. When they finally do, they don't even apologize but instead act like it's your fault. TERRIBLE customer service. Also, so many of the candles are scent-free or nearly so - 2 stars because about 1 in 3 smells OK. Just done with this overpriced, conceited company. Stick with companies who care about their customers and where you don't just buy sight-unseen.
