Kove Tracking Order Status

Purchased speakers on 8/5 and never got an order confirmation but was charged. Emailed them after a few days letting them know and they gave me a Fedex link that doesn’t work. So I emailed them again after the day they responded my speaker would arrive (8/17) and it never arrived. I let them know that I never received my items and they just said my email would be forwarded to another department with no other communication after that.

I have edited my previous One Star review and changed it to a 4 Star review. After weeks of correspondence with Kove Audio the issues have been resolved. Kove has gone beyond a fair solution and has changed my mind. In life and in business mistakes happen. It’s in the solutions that a company’s true personality and honesty is to be found. I Thank Trust Pilot for providing a third party forum outside of company to customer correspondence. I Thank Kove Audio for stepping up to resolve my dissatisfaction by going above and beyond. Regardless my earlier reviews and experience Kove Audio has treated me well and honored its word. I went with 4 stars not due to the product issue but due to the length of time it took to be resolved. In the end Kove Audio treated me fairly and honored its policies and word. Just got my Kove commuter 2. I've been hearing a lot of positive reviews. It's amazingly break in half and you have a left and right channel for true stereo. I usually use it for picnics. Small in size but big in sound. Highly recommended with an excellent customer service experience! it made my day! My family and I love it! God bless you guys.

I really recommend this site, for those employees and students like me as a working student. I really love their Kove 101-N. It really keeps me on a track like the feeling you're studying at a public place especially waiting on NY substations, it really helps me with my studies, keeps me on focus with my lessons.

Fake review system. Fake "discount" sketchy support. They also have "limited time deal" pop ups. I think they just rebrand stuff then sell them. Save up money for actual headphones from a manufacturer you trust.
