Kontrol Freek Tracking Order Status

Found KontrolFreek through SteelSeries. I bought a pair of thumbsticks and... although it took 5 games to get used to them, I'll never use bare bones sticks again. Reached out to their customer support for advice through chat, and it was fast and helpful

Found out about controller thumbsticks super recently. Ordered some gaming gear from another site recommended me here. These are AWESOME! Not so good for a racing game, but I swear my skills are better using sticks. They do take a few games to get use to. Anyway, reached out to their support team to get tracking information as there was a delay, and the live chat support answered quick and to the point. Thank you KontrolFreek!

I love their thumbsticks, and honestly have a hard time playing games without them! They feel great and help alot with precise aiming. Their customer service, from my experience, has always been top notch. They always respond promptly and fixes my issue very quickly. Not sure why there is so many 1 star reviews. This company is great.
