On Wednesday 30th January 2019 I purchased an Air Fryer 10 Skewer Rotisserie Accessory Meat Vegetables Seafood Kebab 23cm for $29 from them so I can make Calamari in my Air Fryer. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me, the service was excellent and the delivery was quick.

My previous purchases from Kogan.com have never been an issue and I always receive high quality items but in saying that I purchased a pair of women’s Nike Revolution 6 white sneakers from kogan.com a little over 2 months ago. The second time I wore them the right shoe squeaked when I walked in them. Which I found weird and annoying coz they were brand new. Within the second week the left shoe started to squeak ., my friend suggested the shoes may of been faulty or some thing was stuck in the soles releasing the air but I checked them under a good light and found no holes or damage.or anything emerged in the soles of the shoes. This annoys me because it’s not the quality I expected from Nike Air and its a problem In my eyes because I have to wear shoes that were a upgrade replacement of another brand white sneaker that began to squeak over the years of having them. The squeak has stopped me wearing them coz the noise is loud enough to draw attention and it does my head in. I’m hoping it’s not too late to request a refund for the shoes because i bought them with good intentions and I would like to buy another pair without the squeak.

Negatives- No phone number to ring. The 14 Day trial for the Kogan Plus was met with an unexpected withdrawal of $99 Dollars a year later! Positive - I created a ticket for a problem and they quickly responded and refunded me in full. Pleasantly surprised!

I have purchased from Kogan before with no issues to report. Tonight is another story altogether, I redeemed $600 worth of gift cards into my account, so I had enough credit to cover my purchase, with change to spare. I went to checkout, applying the credit, it showed that the available credit would be applied, there was no amount showing for payment by my credit card. I checked out and the confirmation shows that the full amount had been deducted out of my credit card instead of the credits on my account. How does an payment/IT issue like this even happen, it clearly showed the available credit to be applied to the purchase?! The only way to contact customer care is via online enquiry, which I have submitted, but the auto-acknowledgement does not give an ETA for a response. It is such a debilitating experience, knowing that money has gone out of your account when it should not have. This is so incredibly stressful and I am so anxious because I don't have over $600 to just throw around. UPDATE 27 March: I received a response the next day with an explanation that gift cards can't be used when the transaction includes the Kogan First trial. This doesn't explain why I was able to check the box to apply the credit. Nonetheless, I am getting a refund to my credit card, and the gift card credit is being used for the order. It looks like this has been processed already. Will update once it goes through. UPDATE 01 April: Customer service response was quick and resolved the matter. Refund was received within a business day despite being told 5-7 days. Overall I am happy it was resolved, but in the moment it was distressing as it was a lot of money to go out of my account.

I just want to say that Kogan Customer Service have been great. I purchased a pair or Apple Gen 3 AirPods and they were not to the specification I wanted, I got in touch with Kogan support and they sent me a new pair within days to use. Thankyou.
