Knomo Tracking Order Status

I recently purchased the Reykjavic bag in Portland Stone, and I'm absolutely thrilled with both the product and the service I received. The delivery was speedy, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Having been a loyal Knomo customer for the past 8 years, I can confidently recommend their bags for anyone looking for lasting quality. Knomo truly stands out with their excellent craftsmanship and customer care. Highly recommend it!

The quality is very disappointing for the price they charge. I have the feeling that I paid more than 200€ for a bag that costs 5€ to produce in some Chinese factory. With regards to customer service, my experience was really frustrating. I called multiple times throughout the weeks I was expecting to receive my bag, and the few times I was able to reach someone it was always the same lady. It looks like a one person company reselling from a Chinese company!

I bought my first Knomo knapsack in a lovely red color. I am loving all the pockets and the storage and the ability to find the things I need quickly. The double zippers at the top and the leather trim on the bag make it all feel so luxurious and very useful.

I recently purchased a bag to upgrade my previous two, which I still have after several years, and are in great condition. I canceled the order because I am in the process of moving and thought I wouldn't receive it on time. Customer service was very responsive and immediately issued me a refund, which I received a few days later. I know they are having shipping issues right now. Still, I am forever a loyal customer, not only because the quality of the bags is incredible, but because their customer service is excellent. In my experience, they truly care about their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in giving it a try.

I have edited my review after receiving the bag. I have bought Knomo bags and accessories for the last 5 years. I show with KNOMO as they are stylish, different and robust, my last bag lasted me over 5 years. I have received my bag and it is as expected, gorgeous, with lots of compartments, made really well. I love the RFID and the red lining. I have only given 4 stars as I placed the order only for the delivery to take over a month. Customer services did message back, but my main frustration was no indication of when I would receive the bag. I understand stockouts happen, but a simple 'it will be delivered by the end of June' would have been enough as the bags are not cheap. I will continue to buy from KNOMO and already looking at the archives.
