Klass Tracking Order Status

Great top, just what I wanted and true to sizing. Acknowledged my order swiftly and delivered within date promised. All good, thank you.

The clothes I ordered arrived promptly and at time indicated. I was pleased to find all three items - shorts, cut-offs and top were good value, quality and fit was correct (no skimping on measurements). Very pleased with all three items.

I visited the store in Trentham Gardens, Stoke at the end of July. The staff were extremely helpful, very willing to make suggestions and they even provided me with all the information I needed to make an online purchase of a dress, in a size they didn’t have in store. I finished by making three purchases in store and one online later. What excellent value for money! So far I have worn and washed two dresses. No problem washing in a machine. I shall certainly be visiting the Trentham store again when I am looking to buy for the Autumn/Winter season.

Will not be shopping with Klass any longer. It cost me £50 + as my order was returned late. Tried to explain i was ill. Ten yrs i have been a loyal customer but never again. Have just returned the whole order of £250 + would not keep any of the items , due to this
