Good bag, sent promptly. The only criticism was its late arrival due to royal mails rubbish service. (told it would arrive Friday so sorted cover with a neighbour, it came Sunday morning when i was having a lie in!) Possibly try another courier service? Have though recommended you to a friend.

I ordered two Lamy refills and the blue one proved to be faulty. I informed KJ Beckett and there was a replacement refill on my door mat in two days. Excellent service

I ordered a backpack for my daughter's birthday. I found ordering on KJ Beckett's website easy and straightforward. I was kept informed of it's journey to me and it arrived very quickly.
