Kiyonna Tracking Order Status

They are SCAMMERS. They make you return the items via mail, then refuse to refund. Check their ratings online, this is a commonality. I have proof item arrived to them on 3/6/2024. They are now 'claiming' I sent the wrong item back in a size 3X in a different style. I've never purchased anything in size 3X and returned the correct dress. How can I return a dress I never bought? I even returned it in the same packaging it was sent to me. Now I must go through my credit card company. APPARENTLY this is not new for them. AVOID.

I fell in love with a wedding gown from Kiyonna being sold online by Davids Bridal. I ordered the 3x online. A week later I got a brief email from DB telling me the dress is out of stock. Too bad so sad. So i went to the website for Kiyonna and they only had size 1x left. Panicking that it would be sold out, I ordered it. I also sent an email asking if they has the larger size hiding in the warehouse. Monday, Amanda from Kiyonna got back to me. She found a 3x AND was able to switch it out with the 1x I ordered before it got shipped! Best customer service EVER!! I couldn't be happier!

I have just had the worst customer experience with Kiyonna. I wanted the Middleton dress in 2x. Carrie, the Sales Manager while on the Chat function, promised to hold my order until the Middleton dress came into stock. At that time, she would honor the sale price, and send out my order in one package, as I am a Canadian shopper and shipping is expensive. When my order was shipped, I was surprised and contacted Kiyonna. When I spoke with Gabby, I found out that the dress will no longer be stocked. So I was duped into placing an order, for the Middleton dress that I will not be able to purchase. Nevertheless, they have the dress on Amazon, in my size, but I cannot have that dress....not sure why, since it is their item, they are the sellers. Horrible experience. Will definitely never order from this company again, as customer service means nothing to them. They cannot be trusted.

Great! My closet is full of Kiyonna dresses! And I look goooood in everyone. Can't identify with the bad reviews - read the ones on the website, under each dress: They make sense.

the clothes are not flattering on me. the fabric is shiny and shows bulges. I bought 3 items but had to return then, they wanted to give me a credit. I had to insist a refund as I told them I would not buy their clothes again. Not recommended foe plus size women
