Kitty Poo Club Tracking Order Status

This cat litter subscription service is fairly reliable. I always get a notification if my cat’s preferred litter is going to be unavailable for a period of time. It was unavailable for about two months in 2021 so I ordered extra when it was back in stock and now I keep a few extra bags on hand just in case. I know that not everyone has the space to do this; it would possibly be a deal breaker for me if I lived somewhere with less storage available but it works with my current setup. I’ve never needed to contact customer service and it’s really easy to skip deliveries if needed.

Could care less about their customers and products don't work as claimed . Convenience is a Big plus but for price and reliability Not worth it. Boxes Are Marketed as leakproof Such is not the case. Their reason was my cats aim and a construct issue that made them not leakproof . Leakproof but not leakproof. Ended up damaging brand new flooring they offered no apology no recourse after spending almost $900 !
