Service - four stars. Your people tried hard to be helpful. Communication- three stars. I had back and forth emails with more than one person and it was clear that they weren’t up to speed with each other. Website - three stars. Parts of it are absolutely great but some of the frame photos and descriptions are inaccurate and confusing. Overall, I’m happy with what I eventually got from you.

Fast shipping as per usual! I really hope they don't discontinue the "Sonny" frame as it's beautifully HUGE. Only thing I wish they had was more colour options for their photochromic lenses (would like to see brown instead of standard black).
