KitchenSource Tracking Order Status

Employee Katie A needs to work on her customer service and answer emails within a week!!!

So far I’m unimpressed. I had a hard time finding a part so I tried this place and credit laws protect me so I’ll dispute if necessary. I haven’t received my order yet, and also left a VM AND email with no response to either. Sh***y customer service, to say the least.

Customer service sucks.15% restocking plus S+H on items that haven't been installed.The dimensions on the web sight were wrong and they want me to pay for it.

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS THIS COMPANY WOULD GET IT!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS. I WAS TOLD THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND THAN WAS TOLD IT WASNT AND NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL. NOTHING!!!!!!!

I would never buy from Kitchen Source. I bought a Hafele Lazy Susan. It was shipped across the country to CA, rather than Kitchen Source working with Hafele to determine that their west coast warehouse should have been the point of origination. Their mistake/negligence led to the box and lazy susan arrive totally damaged to the point of being unrecognizable.I called both Kitchen Source and Hafele, even speaking with top management at Hafele, and neither would send out a replacement or refund me. I've never heard of a senior management person threaten a customer to never call or write to them about this matter, as he did to me. I'm not listening as I want to keep others from experiencing this.
