KitchenAid Tracking Order Status

I bought a refrigerator at the beginning of this year. Very soon after purchasing, the ice maker created a problem. The cooling temperature didn't seem right, either. Five technicians came. Each one of them had different diagnosis. I had to wait at least three weeks for a guy to fix up the problem he mentioned. I was very angry each time they visited. I was especially got enraged when a guy was filling up the gas into it. Wasn't it the part of inspection before it goes to market? I also noticed the doors were not closing properly. They reassured me that it was not a returned one. My patience ran out. I called the service center. Luckily the teller was very kind and willing to help me with patience. I was also happy that she was connecting everyone she should so that I didn't need to repeat myself a million time whenever I get transferred to different people. Thank you Daisy and Valery. Your service were super. Because of your willingness to help me, I could get a brand new refrigerator without any additional charge. I was initially very angry when they told me I would have to give up 30% of the money I paid. What a rip off. What the hell are they talking about? It is ridiculous. I was thinking. But you made me very happy. Have a great day, ladies. But one thing. Your fex didn't seem to work properly. It took me additional two weeks to hear from the place I bought it from.

Bought a top of the range ($4,500) KitchenAid 25.8 ci 26" refrigerator in February 2024. Now on my 4th call out/repair and struggling to find anyone in the company who cares. Was so pleased and impressed when it arrived, but 8 weeks in problems arose. Still having them. :-( Reference 773 921 5088

After my kettle had stopped working. I reached out to KITCHENAID. The response to emails is not the best, and it took me 5 e-mails to get a response about getting my kettle repaired or replaced under warranty. But once my kettle was deemed un-repairable I had a new one sent in the post within days. My only advice to anyone is to not give up on first ignored e- Mail and to persevere until you get a response.

I inadvertently dialed the KitchenAid (800) customer service number instead of the one for Hunter-Douglas today. Tiffany was so helpful she provided me with the Hunter-Douglas phone number. Gotta love KitchenAid appliance and support staff! Barbara 6/11/24

Mooi design, goede kwaliteit, betrouwbaar en gemakkelijk in het gebruik en onderhoud. Ken meerdere mensen die deze hebben en ieder zeer tevreden. Heb er eentje sinds mei 2024 en echt top! Zo blij mee!
