KitBrix Tracking Order Status

Team did a great job communicating with me about my choice and dispatched the items promptly. Unfortunately the packing was inadequate, box split and the courier left my parcel out in the rain at the bottom of my drive rather than bringing up to the house.

This is the 4th of these original Kitbix I have purchased. I have two Orange ones zipped together as very robust motorcycle away bags, indestructible and in a colour that matches the bike. A Yellow one that I carry every working day to cover my Ambulance PPE, it gets thrown around a lot and still looks good. This fourth Green one which will replace the Yellow one as my work PPE bag and the Yellow one will be my in-car grab bag. The service form KITBRIX is exceptional and the quality of the product is brilliant.

Although they weren't able to deliver to Germany, they gave me some very helpful advice on sending the package myself. And as far as I am aware, the bag is much appreciated. It was very quick and easy to send it through Royal Mail.
