I have used King Size Direct several times and I have had no trouble I am amazed at All the Troubles people seem to be having yes the order might have taken longer but no mistakes no trouble

On 05/04/2021 I purchased multiple items from place everything came to me but my problem is that I have called into customer service 3 times making today the 3rd time 10/7/21 to see if all 3 pair of my Levi's that I purchased from them would have some type of Warranty and they have no records of my order period and I have an order number 40023567030 and the operator kept trying to upset me by repeating the total opposite of what I saying her name was zizing she was Korean or Japanese and I spent over $600 on this order and they don't have any records of it

I found this site while searching for navy and white flannel for my upcoming wedding. The shirts got sent on time and were pleased with the quality.

Final item (3 of 3) arrived 11/06/21 Initial purchase date 10/13/2021 There is no second first impression. Your flaws are showing.... I will not make any future purchases from KingSize. Given the after sale conduct of their business model and lack of integrity and clarity (inventory or lack of it) at the point of sale: I have no interest giving my business to KingSize or their associated retailers. At least you delivered two of three items as ordered. 2 stars

I feel for the customer service agents having to field questions from customers. After being deflected about cancelling my order (not shipped and two of the three items order were not in stock). Pressing for an accounting of inventory was when I learned of the back order for two items. And no indication of the third item being in stock. It was clear the company model has little to do with customer satisfaction but more about once they have your money to keep that money. The litany of vague responses and non-answers was impressive. Kudos to KingSize for having the gall to blatantly act in a manner which is flagrantly in their own best interest instead of trying to build a strong customer base. Stay tuned. Order placed on October 13 with a 7-10 day delivery stated at time of the order. I gave a 2 star for the benefit of the customer service rep with whom I chatted. 10/16/21
