Made a mistake on my part but Rachel S from FeelSupport was super kind and understanding with my problem and solved it immediately with quick responses.

Expensive, not always worth the price.

Got the Keon not long ago and tried using it with their app but it seems to be lagging and then to my surprise there is an extra cost for some new platform they got for PC! So you need a subscription for access to other sites that will also charge you ??? Oh but there is a brief trial period of 3 days HAHAHA! I'd rather close my eyes and use the stroker without the Keon than pay extra for something that is out of whack. Get your hardware software to work perfectly before asking such high prices for stuff that won't work 100%!

Top notch sex toy that allows fully interactive play time. You can also manually use this and experience the fun on your own. While the device is a bit heavy, you can strap it or set it on a table for that hands free use.
