Quick delivery, well packaged and product is great!

I love all Kiehl’s products. They are really good skin care ad formulation is suitable for all skin types. My favorite product from kiehls is deep cleansing face wash and ultra facial cream which make my face smooth and firm.

Great products, easy to order and quick delivery.

Sent the wrong item. When contacting them, they advised me that I could keep the item (which is of no use to me at all so will be going in the bin), but could not send the correct item "for technical reasons", so would be refunding me and I would need to re-order. The problem here is that I used a £15 loyalty voucher for the purchase and there was 20% off at the time. This means that whilst I can re-order, it would be for nearly £20 more than I originally bought it for. I've raised this as a concern with customer services, but have had no response from them.

Super quick delivery, amazing products. I love the fact that I can choose the samples I would like to use. I am very satisfied.
