KIDLY Tracking Order Status

Ordered some KIDLY brand items, standard delivery was speedy, packaged amazingly. Items are good quality, love that they are sustainable in the packaging. Will be ordering again!

Had a misleading discount code that gave 10% off when it’s one’s first order. They didn’t honour it, despite myself showing that the link that I was taken to did NOT state that it was for full price items only. Most companies would honour this still and we are talking about £1.50 discount compared to a whopping £4 postal charge for a tiny pair of beach shoes that I wanted to purchase. I will no longer shop there as they embarrassed me with this issue. And all over £1.50!!!! Moreover, I purchased a trike last Christmas that was well over £100 and I didn’t chase a discount. Some companies do not know how to honour their customers !!

I have bought a few things from Kidly and they have all arrived promptly and are of good quality. I bought a splash suit (3rd one) and unfortunately the zip broke after a few months. I contacted the company and they couldn’t have been more helpful and offered a refund or exchange. My exchanged arrived with a couple of days. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Great products and good ethos. Have ordered from Kidly many times and their Kidly clothes range is fantastic for good quality basics. Also a great range of branded products. Items always received promptly and very easy returns. They use more sustainable packaging than most and don’t over package, which I find so frustrating from so many other companies.

5 stars I could not fault the customer service if I tried. We purchased two items for Christmas. ( arrived within the time frame given ) however we experienced an issue with one item a few month later. The team contacted the main supplier and got everything resolved. They were ( the KIDLY team ) friendly, informative and super efficient. Honesty the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you everyone! ( even when replying to my late emails, which I didn’t expect)
