I purchased a Kichler 16 light chandelier from the Superstore. They had the best price which was $400 less than anyone else. The product shipped the next day and was delivered without a hitch. The customer service was great, I called them a couple times with questions and they were always friendly and helpful.

Ordered a light that normally sells for $100. Got it for around $65. Arrived in two days. Just put it up and it is beautiful.

I have a similar experience to the other poor reviews. I have a ceiling fan on backorder and it is two months past when it was supposed to be in stock but I can't get anyone to return my call or answer my email to cancel the order or even get an update on the order. Meanwhile I paid months ago so mow it's hard to dispute the charge on my card. Very frustrating and I would never have done business with them if I had seen these reviews.

Bought a light from this place. It arrived with broken glass. I used their online customer service to get a replacement. Never heard a thing from them. Used their "escalated" customer service to get a replacement. This light was bought for our contracting business. Got an email response Friday night after business hours. On Monday morning I received an email stating that since I hadn't responded, the issue was closed and I woulkd have to start over again. Everytime I call customer service I get voice mail. Run far away from this company.

I ordered two outdoor lights from Kichler Superstore. We installed one light, then noticed that the second light had a broken piece of glass. We called Kichler Superstore and left multiple messages. I used their return process to ask that they replace the Light or at least the glass. No response. I called Kichler factory, they say that the glass is out of stock and when it is in stock that I must buy it through their vendor. Now I have one light installed and one in the box waiting for a return invoice. No, this has not been a good experience.
