Great product, easy ordering and rapid delivery.

We experienced delivery problems with our tent. Rather than wait for a resolution with the courier the team jumped straight in and sent a new product with a different courier. Despite additional problems, they again resolved them quickly and professionally. First-class service that is rarely experienced in this day and age.

Sold a awning at full price without telling me offers were available!! Not happy !! I did message the company and asked if there were any offers which I was told NO. Then after ordering and paying for the awning and attachment I later see offers if you purchase the awning , groundsheet , carpet , weather awning . So not happy !! Ok My mistake ref the dates I made the order and the date I saw the group offer I should of waited 2weeks to get the group offer!! . I would like to make an additional purchase for the ground sheet hence the frustration at seeing the later offer. Sorry for the confusion.

Very good experience. I was away in my van when I ordered, and a little under the influence. I phoned when I got back and got in touch. The company were very helpful and made sure I had ordered what I wanted. Well done. It arrived promptly the following day.
